Option
1: Read 1-3 chapters of the text being used. As you read, note any questions/topics/themes
raised in the text or printed at end of chapters. Answer, in writing, one to
two of those questions using both the information from those chapters as well
as your personal experiences or previous learning.

2: Using a computer search (or visit a library) to read 1-2 articles, or view
2-3 videos, on the general topics covered by the course you will attend.

The
ONE DAY MODEL allows the required ten (10) hours of training to be fulfilled
in a manner that is sound, practical and efficient. Note: In order to receive credit for
a course, a learner will need to commit to the following;

Complete and Turn in all Pre-work at start of
class. The paper may be typed or handwritten. If handwritten use 3 ring
notebook paper and write in a clear and legible manner.

Attend complete one day training event.
Schedule to attend the event and make it the priority.

Participate in Discussions or Activities in
class.
